My monitor screen is blank. What should I do?
First, please make sure the x-ray is operational and then check to see if the green light on the LED screen is on.
If there is no light on the LED screen, make sure the monitor power cord and video cord cable are both connected. Also, check to
the monitor power switched is on. If this steps doesn't resolved the problem, please Contact Us.
My machine will not power up. What should I do?
Please make sure the system is plugged into the powerbase and then check to see if the green light located on the Main Control Board
is on. If this steps doesn't resolved the problem, please Contact Us.
